Answer: Currently, our order fulfillment is being performed by Oregon Laminations Company."Stocked items ship within 1 working day and usually the same day. If you are on the west coast, you'll typically receive your order in 1 or 2 working days from the shipping day. East coast is usually 1 week; however, we do ship flat rate priority mail when the items fit and the cost is the same or less than UPS ground. Our shopping cart does offer other shipping methods to suit your needs."

Answer: "Our web site lists only a small percentage of what we have to offer, so our web pages are constantly being updated and created. If you don't see the item you are looking for, email us or call us 1-800-574-9814 and we'll see if we can help you"

Question: "What is your return policy ?"

Answer: "Stocked items may be returned within 30 days for full refund of the product sale price (MINUS the actual original shipping cost; whereas, our free shipping offer does have an actual cost). Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

Under some circumstances, returns might be accepted after 30 days, but subject to restocking fees. Non-stock items are usually not returnable; however, there may be some exceptions and your are welcome to contact us regarding your particular situation.
